Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use GetMyAINews. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. Provider and contact

The service is provided by Hyper Photon, LLC, 522 W Riverside Ave #8057, Spokane, WA 99201, United States. Contact: support@getmyaiphoto.com.

2. The service and its content

GetMyAINews collects links and public reporting about artificial intelligence and presents machine-generated classifications, summaries, and answers. Coverage may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. AI-generated content can contain mistakes and is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Check the original sources and use your own judgment before acting.

Articles and other third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights. We link to original sources where available. GetMyAINews is independent and is not affiliated with the companies, publishers, or platforms mentioned in the service.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You must also satisfy any consent or legal-capacity requirements applicable to your use or purchase in your place of residence.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. Provide accurate account information and use only an account you are authorized to use. Do not disrupt the service, bypass plan limits or security controls, interfere with other users, submit unlawful material, or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal information in questions.

4. Questions and feedback

You keep any rights you have in text you submit. You give us permission to store, process, transmit, and display that text as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, answer your request, and process corrections. Questions may be processed by Google Gemini and, when enabled, Google Search grounding. Corrections may be used to update the shared news record.

5. Free and paid plans

The service is offered to users worldwide, subject to applicable law.

Some features require an account. The plan comparison shown in Settings describes current limits and features. The site currently lists the paid plan at US$1.99 per month; the price, taxes, and any promotion applicable to your purchase are shown at Stripe Checkout and form part of the purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Stripe billing portal linked from Settings. Ordinary portal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then while your account exists. To delete your account, first schedule cancellation of every subscription; you may delete it that same day. Paid access ends when the account is deleted, and deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

No trial or promotional offer is currently available. Any future offer will state its applicable conditions.

Refund requests. To request a refund, email refund@getmyainews.com from your account email address. We review requests and respond manually; sending an email does not cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund. To stop renewal, cancel your subscription separately in Settings. Do not send payment card details. This process does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property and availability

We or our licensors own the service software, branding, and original site materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including when a provider or source becomes unavailable.

7. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account in Settings after scheduling cancellation of all subscriptions in the Stripe billing portal. You need not wait for the paid period to end. We may suspend or end access if reasonably needed to protect users, enforce these terms, address legal requirements, or respond to misuse. Account deletion closes open checkouts and removes your app account and its questions and answers as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not automatically refund a payment or remove records held by third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits. The laws of Washington State, United States apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process below, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

10. Dispute resolution

Before starting a formal proceeding, contact support@getmyaiphoto.com and allow at least 30 days to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Spokane, Washington, or another mutually agreed location. Judgment on an award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims must be brought individually, not as class or representative actions; neither party may consolidate claims without both parties' agreement. Each party waives jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court or seek court orders to protect intellectual property.

You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by emailing support@getmyaiphoto.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of first using the service. Include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect your other rights or obligations. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable.
